[Pushed] Closed forum & AJAX mark read

Despite there are no unread threads in a closed forum AJAX mark read is active after the upgrade. The tooltip says "Forum is Closed - Click to mark this forum as read" and you can click on it.

general.js hasn't been updated when applying: https://github.com/mybb/mybb/pull/3227 (still using old CSS classes)
