Hey gang, is there a way to show online status in member list,

perhaps using a template conditional or something?

You would have to query the database first for the online status, as i doubt it's available in memberlist.php

If you attempt to add a query statement to the template then that would result in an additional query for every member you have listed on the memberlist page.

So i guess you're going to need a plugin for this.
