1.8 Banned User shouldnot be in ( welcome list)

If we bann new user (spam) it should not be shown on board statistics as welcome new memeber { Username (banned)}

Fair point actually, half the new accounts here are spam 😂

You may consider make such option part of your plugin development (e.g. TopStats or other extended forum stats plugins).

Not sure about the authentic part - but for those using admin activation, not great having to activate a user you're going to ban anyway.  We almost always know.  Exceptions of course, but when it comes to activation and greetings - usually.  Been that way since 1806 that I know of:
