I started having this issue when i deleted the index.php by accident and i replaced it later on.

Btw im suffering alot of spambots, and i installed reCAPTCHA

Reupload the files in your inc/languages folder.
Did it work before you installed reCAPTCHA?

CAPTCHA and reCAPTCHA does not work, don't use them. You can make up a random question at registration however, this is proven to work. Smile
