.png icons

How can I make the forum icons, the ones the indicate new post, no new post, locked, a .png file instead of a .gif?

forumdisplay_thread template, find,
<img src="{$theme['imgdir']}/{$folder}.gif"

change the extension there.

Or just save them as png and rename them to gif

Uncontrol, I rather make template edits.

Edit- Got it! ^_^ Had to edit forumbit_depth2_forum <img src="{$theme['imgdir']}/{$lightbulb['folder']}.gif" to <img src="{$theme['imgdir']}/{$lightbulb['folder']}.png"
