Timezone issues (1.6.0)

No matter what setting I use for DST the GMT -6:00 is always the wrong time. It's nowhere close to the correct time it should be displaying. (This board did show the correct time for -6:00 though, when registering)

This occurs both in my UserCP and in the AdminCP.

Here's a screenshot, and again no matter what setting I use for DST the timezone is always wrong. As of right now it should be showing something close to 7:00AM.


Any ideas?
