Bump Thread mod.

I noticed this forum has it, but I cant find the plug-in anywhere.

Does anyone know where I can find a 'bump thread' script that allows users to bump their threads every 24 hours?

--I know there is the NewPoints one, but I am having issues with Newpoints, so that is out of the question. --

What would be the point of this? If it was available, just imagine how it would be if every forum member used it!!

The point of it:
Adding an option for the user to bump a thread once every 24 hours would allow members to 'refresh' their thread if they had an unsolved issue, or wanted different/more feedback. This feature would allow members to do this without spamming, "Bump Thread".

Anyway, not every member would use the feature, unless every member had an important topic that they thought needed more acknowledgement..and even then it wouldn't be too bad considering they would only be able to use the feature on their thread once each day.
If I did NOT have the plug-in, and each member thought there thread needed more acknowledgement. Then I would simply get a whole bunch of spam messages saying, "Bump Thread", now how annoying would that be?
