Hi,

I am looking to set up a new admin on my forum. I don't want him to have all the rights I do. Is there anyway he can only access some parts of admin panel? Is this possible?

Thank you.

I tried the above, however no matter what I check or uncheck of the options, the member still has full access to the acp.

Did you click on the UPDATE PERMISSIONS button at bottom of page?

I prefer creating a seperate user group for admins with specific permissions and then changing the users group membership after I fully tested with a dummy user.
Maybe you should try that.
