This only happens in IE9. Not Firefox 4. What is the issue and how do I fix it?

Maybe you forgot to add a </div> end tag on one of your templates?
Do you use Tabbed Menu?

Actually there is a closing div too many.
In the 'header' template, remove the last '</div>' right before '<div id="panel">'

Yup, seems okay for me. At least on IE8 and it had the same problem as IE9 before, so I guess it will also be okay on IE9 as well.
