It's a javascript...
Include this javascript on your header. http://www.imgttg.com/scripts/codezwiz.js?v=3.2 Have the username style be: <script type="text/javascript">rainbownameload('{username}', '{username}');</script>

I believe it would need to go in the headerinclude template. (it is under ungrouped templates)
Add this to the headerinclude template then do what Darth said.
