This seems to be more of an issue with one of the downloads xpserkan has provided. In which case, it's up to his to tell whoever that it's a false positive. As far as I can tell from the post, it was only xpserkan who brought up the fact the same applied to the official download.

And xp, I asked you to scan github download package, not from MyBB's downloads.

It's the exact same file. We just link to the download on Github.
