first of all clear your browsers caches,then check the CSS,it is broken i guess,re-upload the .xml file i guess.

I'm viewing the theme fine. Tell the users having an issue to clear their browsers cache. if they do not know how, refer them here: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

Clear cache. If that doesn't solve, login to your ACP and navigate to your theme > global.css and just save it once again without making any changes and then see.
