How do I fix it and let it spread all the way across?

In "forumbit_depth1_cat"
find;

<td class="tcat">

and Change it into;

<td class="tcat" colspan="2">

For future note: Do not remove the colspan as you just replaced the on/off icons column with the ficons column. So removing the colspan would cause like this.
