What would you improve in the design? Thanks for your feedback.

What do you think of my usercp_options template? I've removed quite a bit of fluff. I'm planning to probably move the subscriptions to the right column. By no means am I done yet though - I still want to edit the trow CSS and all that, plus reword some of the options, and restyle it (think streamlined like Harajuju, but still unique in some way).

I'm not convinced on Thread View settings, and I don't know what the "Instant Notification" setting on Subscriptions does (is it subscribe with email notifications?), but I would like some feedback on what I've removed so far, and what else you think should be removed.

I think it's fine. Certainly less aggressive in removing stuff than I was lol

I like to have a consistent design, so I force Classic postbit and remove the options. I also removed "Show the MyCode formatting options ... ", Board style, and Hide e-mail from other users. I hide e-mails by default - they can use PMs to communicate and possibly share e-mails through that as well.

Are there specific things in this project that you'd like to know the methodology behind? I'm happy to expand my document a bit.

I don't think that these changes are giving the users a better experience. The look of a forum is not that important. Content is king.

Content is king, sure. Saying that changing the way a forum looks won't give users a better experience... no.

If you think this is entirely aesthetic, I wonder if you actually read this.

Also, if you saw my site, you'd realize I definitely understand the importance of content.

Would you mind sharing the code for your User CP? I've been throwing round ideas, but nothing's seemed quite right.
