Yeah probably. Check for corrupt plugin files. Or just remove useless plugins, like the ones you don't use.

There are only the plugins files and it doesn't work with default, it doesn't work with any theme.

Make sure you have MyBB 1.4 and not 1.2. :/

Right, delete all the files from ./inc/plugins/, and upload them again, one by one, activating after each one you upload.
