Yeah, just move the {$affiliates} variable in your footer template to wherever you want.

What do you mean it doesn't support Photobucket? It works with any image hosting website...

does not support direct link when add it in the plugin option same thing with imageshack

The URL field is the website where the image is pointing at. It's not where you put the image, you have to select it from your computer in the field below.

You'd have to edit the templates and wrap it in a marquee, though I don't recommend it because the <marquee> element has been deprecated. If you really really need it, consider using JavaScript. Otherwise, leave it alone.
