Authorization code mismatch when posting a reply - andrewjs18 - 2011-09-04
Never seen this error before when posting a reply, but a user on my forum is claiming that it's showing that for him as seen in this post:

all of my templates are updated, so I don't think it's an issue there.

ask user to clear the browser cookies / use a different browser and report back ...
