Only Start One Thread? - Ynot - 2011-11-01
Is it possible (or is there a plugin) that only allows a member to start only one thread? I realise this could be done by manually moving a member from a group that allows thread creation to one that doesn't after they start a thread, but can this be done automatically? Hope that makes sense.
