Template problems - IMPAQ - 2006-09-20

So I modified the portal_announcement in a secondary (testing) template that I'm working on for a "mild" redesign.

Well, for some reason $announcements in the portal template is showing no changes made. Sad

Are you sure that the user account you are using to view this secondary template, has the secondary template selected as their default template in the User CP?

Yes, I've selected it in my UserCP.

I see all the changes I've made but that one.

what u mean with redesign? new theme or editing the old one?

RE: Template problems - IMPAQ - 2006-09-21

New theme.

Regardless of new or old. No changes are being shown when I modify portal_announcement.

I've tried on both themes.

hmm strange... Try refreshing your browser and delete temporary files Wink

RE: Template problems - IMPAQ - 2006-09-21

Been there done that. Have you ever tried modifying that template in 1.2?

RE: Template problems - RobertProductions - 2006-09-21

i created many themes for mybb and a few for 1.2

RE: Template problems - IMPAQ - 2006-09-21

Have you ever modified that particular template in 1.2?

I've only come across this problem with that particular one. Never had a problem with it prior to 1.2.
