Nice choice of your first theme and good logo, although you should remove the tabs and the moving text.

I wouldn't consider tabs necessary yet.
You can assign a permission to the tabs, so that you can see them, You don't need to force them on everyone else

Its a general forum you can discuss basically whatever but as you can see we mostly discuss games
