I think that the header is too big. But overall it looks pretty nice.

But one question - it will be paid or not ? If not - im sure, that i will use it on my board! Anyway - keep up your great work for MyBB software as theme designer

And it will be paid, though I plan to release one or two high quality free themes so keep your eyes peeled.
