Security Question Failure? - TheyCallMeAndy - 2013-09-28
Alright. This morning I logged on to my site for the server I'm creating only to find that almost 60 spammers registered and posted around 300 threads. I wondered how they got through the security questions (which are required -- I tried registering without them)..
I went into my AdminCP -> Configuration -> Security Questions and found that none of the Security Questions had been entered correctly nor incorrectly. This means they somehow bypassed them, and it's probably my fault for missing something.
I checked for anything I was missing in the configuration to no prevail. Please share your knowledge if you know how to stop these constant spammers and fix my Security Questions.

or you can try using alternate security questions plugin : signup questions
you can also try using checkbox validation plugin
