MyGoogle+ Connect is deprecated. If you are looking for a plugin to login and register through Google services, use Flyover instead.

Report: The plugin doesn't work unless the PM person UID is set to a number other than zero. It kept telling me some errors until I changed it to 1. Now it works fine.

What am I suppose to do? Evidently, Google has some problems at the moment. Just wait until they are solved.

Error calling GET https://www.googleapis.com/plus/v1/people/me?key=AIzaSyBz0ShdyKK9Tnx6Pd_ymGvB2p2akXgy6SI: (403) Access Not Configured. Please use Google Developers Console to activate the API for your project.

Create API key for Browser and do not put any site in the referer allowed.
Also Turn on the Google plus API (http://i.imgur.com/1EfHjcz.png) if you didn't.

This is somewhat strange. The current version works fine without a PM UID on the test board. Can you give some further details on the errors you were getting?
