Issue with Timezone - essonyc - 2014-01-29
I modified the time zone in my ACP under Configuration -> Settings -> Date and Time Formats -> Default Timezone Offset. However, the time display in my forums is still off by 5 hours. Is there somewhere else it needs to be modified as well?
