Can't see the Forums & Posts tab - chamakrohid - 2014-11-28
I've installed mybb 1.8.3 latest and fresh version yesterday. Installation was fully okay. But there's no "Forum Management" Tab in the admincp! LoL. If you don't believe then contact with me on facebook. I'll give you access to the Admin Control Panel.

run file verification tool available at tools & maintenance section of admin panel to find missing / changed files.
focus is on missing / changed files reported from admin folder & its sub-folders. ignore files reported from install
folder. you have to replace all reported files from MyBB 1.8.3 pack
