PM to mod/admin only - ShadowOne - 2015-09-23
The idea is disabling a certain group from receiving/sending messages from the same group.
e.g. registered users can send/receive PMes from mods/admins but cannot send/receive PMes from other registered users.
Is there a plugin already?
