Just went on my other PC and mybb didnt allow me to reset pass due to the email being used was one it disallowed. I used the x10 email feature for that email and I changed it to my main.

I think you're after the users table, which will be accessible via phpMyAdmin or whatever database manager x10 hosting provide.
