My guess is the plugin you are using does not have a thai language file translation
You can copy the english file
/home/u349296228/public_html/inc/languages/english/admin/config_socialsites.lang.php
To this location
/home/u349296228/public_html/inc/languages/thai/admin/config_socialsites.lang.php
