I have changed some of the Skype/Google/ICQ information to suit my forum and was curious if theirs a way to make it where the can set it up once, and everytime after the will have to get approval from mod/admin or just admins would be fine.

I want to know if your able to make it so you can change E: Skype ID. Once and everytime after wards will only be able to after admin edit. or do I need a plugin?
