Access Error for Sydication Page - Kolorado - 2020-03-11
When trying to access my syndication page I get the error message:

- You do not have permission to access this page. Are you trying to access administrative pages or a resource that you shouldn't be? Check in the forum rules that you are allowed to perform this action.

- You have accessed this page directly rather than using appropriate forms or link.

It doesn't matter if I'm logged in as Admin as a User or Guest. For some reason the forum has set it as a protected page but I don't see where the permissions are set for this page?
I have NewPoints plugin installed, but this issue just started and NewPoints has been working for about a month.

help pages & smilies page are also not working

if above doesn't help then which other plugins you have in active status ?

No. I can't access either page as Guest or logged in as Admin.

A number of plugins, however no new ones installed since the issue happened.
I did try a new template and deactivated it and it seems the problem began about this time. I have 1.8.22 and it was for an older version and I clicked "Force".
Thanks .m. With your help I think I found the problem, now I need to figure out a fix.
