What is the best way to develop a fresh theme?
I am kinda of new but i do have some experience and i would like some help if that is alright?
Just looking for a way to be able to edit the default theme customize the template as well as edit the css aspect but i dont want to do it in the web browser,
may i get some help on developing a theme?
