now i want to give a direct link to user to change to a specific color. example :

Hmm, you will probably need some plugin edit for this to work.
Another option is to use XTheme plugin(https://community.mybb.com/mods.php?action=view&pid=1388) and create multiple theme with color choices. XTheme allows you to change theme with a URL like you want.
