Some old 1.2 settings still seem to exist for some users in 1.4 (if they upgraded). ex: "Stored in the file system (In the 'css' folder)"

Should probably explicitly delete these in the 1.4.3 upgrade procedure.

Yes and I have seen some discrepencies for the indexes too for mysql. I had to manually make adjustments in my posts table. Not sure how much that effects performance but would like to see consistency between my forums.

I know a lot of users are upgrading to 1.4x without deactivating plugins which is a serious problem. So fyi all you upgraders...deactivate all your plugins FIRST.

For SQA to check the fix:
1) Install a 1.4.3 forum
2) Check to see if a few old settings are there
3) Export the 1.4.4 branch and replace the 1.4.3 files with the 1.4.4 files and run through the upgrade procedure
4) Check to see if those settings are gone
