I suggest you immediately remove it. Lex isn't around much anymore but he was pretty clear about people distributing his plugins. I had a deal with him at Mybb Central for exclusive rights to his releases. He has however disappeared so it would be difficult to confirm his wishes here.
I think it's pretty clear though that you intend to use other peoples work for your own.
IMHO you shouldn't have this up at your site. It's not your plugin. Upload it to the mods DB here.
Anyone else feel a ban coming soon?

Might be easiest to just report him to X10... banning him won't prevent him from getting ahold of files, he'd be able to access the site from other accounts, etc, shutting down his free hosting account will prevent any more of this. If he finds another host and is found with the plugins, repeat.
