This is an upgrade from Labrocca's Mybbsig plugin but with custom things that arn't automatic.

Yes you have to pay for a membership to install it.

But I wrote it based upon it not it entirely. I did it from scratch.

Unless you completely recoded it, then I will approve the attachment. But other than that, I'm pretty sure you need Labrocca's approval to be able to upgrade it, especially since it's a paid plugin.

I did have his approval, and i guess no. I did use the image handles for the colors but that is it.

Do you have proof of the approval? I highly doubt he'd let someone re-distribute one of his paid plugins, unless it's not paid.
