Plugin problem - k1o6r3 - 2009-08-03

Hi there!
I was helping a friend of mine transferring his CreateBB forum to a free host and after the transference i tried to upload and activate some plugins and it doesn't worked. This is the forum. I would like to know what's the problem. Thank you very much. Have a nice day ^^

Could you perhaps explain how it doesn't work?? You're being rather vague...

RE: Plugin problem - skywalker2208 - 2009-08-03

Also maybe state what plug ins you are trying to use.

RE: Plugin problem - k1o6r3 - 2009-08-03

Sorry for being so vague. When I try to activate some plugins it appears a blank screen and stays there forever. The plugins are: Online Today (1.1), Profile Comments(0.4.1), reCAPTCHA Plugin (1.1), SpiceFuse Shoutbox (1.1 Beta 1), Today's Top Posters (1.0), Usergroup legends (2.0).

Did you even upload the files? Because the files of the plugins were in CreateBB and when you switched to a free host you most likely had to upload the plugins' files.

RE: Plugin problem - k1o6r3 - 2009-08-04

Yes, I uploaded it, i'm not so dumb. I uploaded all the plugins and they don't work.

Try reuploading admin\modules\config\plugins.php. Thats what activates the plugin so it might be corrupted.

It doesn't worked :\
I thought it might be a problem with alterations in templates because almost all of them change templates.

Does it work on the default theme?? This could be a backup problem or so, just a thought.. :|

Are you sure there aren't any files in the ./inc/plugins/ folder that shouldn't be there??
