It works just that it only shows it for some part of the forum not the posts :/

I am trying to add a new font and lost at following step:

Which body? Is it talking about same global.css file or some other file? It doesn't make any sense.
Here's what I have defined at the end of global.css

font-family: Jameel Noori Nastaleeq;
src: url(fonts/jameelnoorinastaleeq.ttf);
}
By the way I am assuming after completing this step the font will show up in text editor when a user is posting/replying, right!?
