Java Script in MyCode Not working. Any Ideas? - mooson94 - 2011-05-08
I have attempted to make several MyCodes with Java and NONE of them work.
I even tried something simple that other users have done with success:

And no luck.
I also thought well maybe my computer/browser doesn't support Java(witch it does) so I had others try it and again, no luck.
I have made a few MyCodes w/o Java with much success and am sure im not doing them wrong..
Any ideas of why it wont work?

Make sure that your forum permissions allow posting HTML in posts.
ACP > Forums and Posts > Select that forum where you have posted that MyCode > Edit > Miscellanoues options > and Tick "Yes, allow HTML in posts" option.

I thought that was the point of BBcode, a shortcut and alternative to allowing users to use HTML. Also the BBcode doesnt work even in the preview before saving.

Unless you allow HTML in posts, you can't run javascript mycodes.

I enabled it and im getting:

sdfsdf
When I type: [blink2]sdfsdf[/blink2] and hit preview post.

Could I have messed up a setting? And does it work in preview(before save)
