I have the same problem, but I don't have a host control panel, I can only go to my files on filezilla. can I somehow solve this?

Do you have access to PHPMyAdmin?

I use sqlbuddy instead of phpmyadmin because for some reason I can't log on to it.

I've tried to run a query but nothing happened. I'm getting no respond. This is how it looks:

Try running the query again but without the "Use Volimpivo" text. So basically run the exact query below without adding or removing anything from the query below.

UPDATE `mybb_users` SET usergroup='4' WHERE uid='1'
