Plugin not working correctly "Registration Security Question"

Hi,
I am using this plugin:

But some bots bypass it anyway. They do not guess the answer (for example I can set answer like "ssdasd455*4434dsfds1xcxds4rts4rst4r5sd1" and they still bypass it).
They bypass it as if that form does not exist for them (no stats are counted where you can see how many people answered correctly and how many not).

What is happening?
