I only have one question, where can I find the file(s) so I can style the affiliate block to match the rest of my theme?

Thanks a lot for this awesome plugin. I have a question. When I hover my mouse over the affiliate image on my forum index, rather than seeing affiliate-site.com I see my sites name and some other symbols infront of it. Why is it so?

I just tested it locally, however, I don't see any obscure symbols when I hover over an affiliate image. Did you make any edits to the plugin's templates?

Instead of seeing the actual URL of the affiliate, the plugin generates one for two reasons:

1.) Allow the number of affiliate link clicks to be counted.
2.) Prevent unauthorized clicks (eg: from bots).
