I've removed the shell. Please upload a fresh 'css.php' file from the MyBB download package.

Please see: http://mattrogowski.co.uk/?p=314 and make sure you follow those steps.

You should also verify no other files have been affected: ACP > Tools & Maintenance > File Verification
No longer involved in the MyBB project.

The language files seem to be missing. Re-upload ./inc/languages/english from a fresh MyBB download.
