Shoutbox keeps loading

everytime i try to install inferno and myshoutbox it just sends it to loading inside the box, if you understand what i mean,

How do i fix it?

It works on different theme's just not this one

You just need to write any shout to start it up.

Do you upload script ?

Do you have your site url to verify ?

Only that mesage appear when you don't have a message on chat or script missing or not load.

im pretty sure it is the theme, when i switch to the original mybb theme the chatbox works fine. but not the theme

make a copy of headerinclude content, then copy the content of your default template on your headerinclude of your theme.

Then you can see what codes have a conflict with your plugin.
