^ why not!
you can remove code similar to <i class="fa fa-cube fa-fw" original-title=""></i> from header template & add logo image as required

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? When you go to my site the icons will not show until you click the index on the top navigation and you have to know it is there to do that. Should I add something to my .htaccess?

I added the bootstrap link under the existing link you had in header include and now it's fine...or seems to be ![]()

Or a red theme I'm a novice and don't remember the exact .css locations but you can easily change the blue colors to whatever shade of red you would like very easily. 5 to 10 minutes at most. Go here: http://www.w3schools.com/colors/colors_picker.asp find the shade of red you like and copy the color code(example: #e60000) and replace the blue color code in the relevant .css locations.
