What to do when you delete your cache folder?

Hello there!  This is quite an embarrassing question, but I don't suppose there is anything I can do if I delete the contents of my cache folder?  I have tried rebuilding my cache in ACP, nothing.

i dont think there's anything you can do if you didnt backup before,
but you better wait for another reply's because im not proffesional.

I fixed it, just upload the default cache folder and import a new theme
