Hi,

When I try to access NewPoints Shop in AdminCP and on the forums I get this error message:

Does anyone know what the problem is here?

What version of MyBB are you using?

What PHP version are you using?

What version of Newpoints?

What version of Shop for Newpoints?

Does your server that you are hosted on have very strict MySQL Strict settings?

  • MyBB Version: 1.8.8 (latest)
  • PHP Version: 5.6.28
  • NewPoints Version: 2.0
  • NewPoints Shop Version: 1.8

The problem is that the table mybbvc_newpoints_shop_categories doesn't exist. I haven't used Newpoints much, but if the shop is a plugin, you need to install that. Also, moving to Plugin Support because it is a plugin related issue.

Oh right, I have shop plugin installed, but I can't add or view the shop without that error message. Do you know how to fix it?
