Has this issue been resolved? I am testing delayed moderation with move thread and can't see it working. I am testing with a short period of time of about 2-5 mins.

It works fine, not a bug. You have to set a smaller time interval in your ACP -> Task manager -> Delayed moderation

Now it has 24 hours period by default. Set smaller number.
