I've got a member who has reported that the index of the forum loads out of order and incomplete, and also that at times the site will close his browser entirely.

I have ask other members, none of which have experienced the same thing. Is there anything I can do to diagnose and solve this, or is it on his end?

Could you get the user to try a different browser, or even a different computer?

He is already using two computers, as I believe he accesses the site at home and at work. I'm waiting for his response on the browser, and some screenshots.

Sounds like his internet connection just sucks and fails to load the page completely.

Is there anything relevant in Apache's error logs?
