SQL error when replying to a thread ?

hi i`m getting this sql error when replying to a thread on my site

MyBB SQL Error
MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
1054 - Unknown column 'topic_id' in 'field list'
Query:
INSERT INTO mybb_tapatalk_push_data (author,user_id,data_type,title,data_id,create_time,topic_id) VALUES ('justvaux','23','sub','my new house','28649','1388099413','19439')

but if you refresh the page it does post and also when replying in quick reply when you click post it does nothing so you click again and it says

fixed it . tapatalk was the problem so i uploaded new files and installed it again and all is working
