Profile Edition
As far as I know, there is no way to achieve this. Profiles are dynamically built by filling templates in with data. Individual pages are not generated on a per-user basis, and as such you can't make those edits.
A plugin theoretically could enable this functionality, but this is such a scarcely-needed feature that I'm certain one does not exist. You'd have to go through a custom plugin developer.
